Read MoreI still can’t believe it’s 2016 and we don’t have better birth control options. It’s either take some crazy fake hormones, or have some foreign body inserted in your uterus, or chart your cycles and risk having an abortion. Ultimately I ended up getting an IUD because it wasn’t fake hormones (I got the copper one) and it didn’t mess with your cycle - you still bled and ovulated and all that as per usual.
