Hi Friends! We’re moving on to a new adventure and selling our beloved trailer! It has been gutted and outfitted as more of a tiny home. We wanted to live in it longer-term and did not want it to feel like an R.V., but rather an actual cozy home. It is now the perfect blank slate for you to move into and make your own. It has been well cared for and includes some extras like a new A.C., new fridge, slide-out awnings, new bathroom sink, etc. We are non-smokers and have no pets.
It is livable in all seasons and truly winter-ready — we lived in it for a full winter season here in Maine. There is a thermostat for the A/C and the heat so regardless of the weather, it keeps it feeling nice inside. It also has a winterization package from the manufacturer — meaning all the plumbing is enclosed within the floor, so no exposed plumbing or need to mess with heat tape, etc.
The trailer is located in Waldoboro, Maine — about an hour north of Portland, Maine.

Front of the trailer - the door on the left is into the bedroom and has a screen as well. The sliding door goes into the living room and and also has a screen door.

We will be using a third party escrow service to handle the sale in order to facilitate a seamless, secure, and hassle free sales transaction for all. They can also help you directly as the buyer if you are needing financing. (You're of course welcome to pay cash or secure your own financing).
I have included furnished photos of the living room and the kitchen / large slide out in the open position (the large slideout is the area shown with the coffee bar, desk, and dining table), but please note it is not sold furnished. I have only included furnished photos to give context for the space.
