Breakfast in London ~ Dinner in Dublin ~ Buffet in NYC {Days 32 & 33}

Today we had an easy afternoon flight from Dublin. We landed in NYC at 6pm and weren’t too messed up from jetleg — it’s easier going this way and with the shorter flight. It was 6pm NYC time and only 11pm Dublin time so we weren’t totally fried yet. From the airport we took a train to Grand Central Station and had dinner at our favorite buffet around the corner.

Up at the Ass Crack of Dawn: Stockholm to Germany {Day 25}

The flight was easy, and it was so nice to arrive in Germany with a friend to pick us up from the airport. Very relaxing to not have to figure out a bus or a train or directions or anything. We were staying with Kris’ friend, Olaf, and his wife, Janina, and their two daughters. I had never met them before, but they were instant friends. Some of the nicest, warmest people you’d ever want to meet.

Breakfast in Vernazza ~ Gelato in Milan ~ Asleep in Copenhagen {Day 21}

We arrived in Milan and started wandering around. It was such a bullshit city. Everything was dirty and there was tons of awful graffiti everywhere. Everyone was rude, there was tons of traffic and it just looked like any other random city. There was nothing special about Milan.

Breakfast in Rome, Dinner in Tuscany {Day 14}

My phone wasn't working so we couldn't call our host, Paolo, at the naked farm. We saw a sign for Teranera (the farm) that pointed up the hill towards the town. So we started huffin it up the fucking hill. At the top of the hill it pointed down a path for Teranera. We followed the path and continued following the signs, which led us on a fucking hike:

Breakfast in London, Dinner in Rome {Day 13}

I don't if it was because it was early and we were delirious or what, but everything was crackgin us up. A little girl and her parents walked by us. I said, "Ohmygawd that little girl was so cute" and Kris giggled and said, "That little girl grabbed that guys cock" (an accident, as she was reaching for his hand). We laughed about that for minutes.

A Special Kind of Hell: The £5 Bus to London Victoria Coach Station

Across the aisle from me was a real beast of a woman - chubby, sweaty, nasty, in ill fitting sweat pants, a giant sweat shirt, dirty sneakers, a greasy frizzy ponytail and a bag full of crap food and drinks. She had a terrible British accent and seemed to be drunk. I wish I could've gotten video of her.

It took all the washing powder and it fucked off {Day 6, Manchester}

Later on James took us pub hopping. The first one was where his friend gave his cheap drinks. I had a delicious hard cider and Kris and James were scoping out the girls with the colored hair. I asked why they both liked that and they both agreed that "girls with colored hair are down to fuck." and I said I bet they loved that reputation.

Alphabet City // 3 Year Anniversary // Flight to Dublin

They only serve espresso and you choose the amount of steamed milk ordering either 3, 6, 9, or 12 ounces. Kris chose a 3 ounce, and it was one of the best he'd ever had - he ordered a second one strait away. We also shared a chocolate croissant (buttery, flaky and the perfect amount of soft chocolate chunks) and a home made pop tart - that was insane. Totally melted in your mouth. And you can sit in the window with a lovely view of the park.
